Services avaiable to persons with reduced mobility
Delcomar provides assistance to people with disabilities and people with reduced mobility in ports and on board ships, even during boarding and disembarking.
People with disabilities and people with reduced mobility can notify Delcomar, at the time of booking or advance purchase of the ticket, about their specific needs for accommodation, seating, the services requested or the need to transport medical devices. For any other assistance, disabled people and persons with reduced mobility must notify Delcomar at least 48 hours in advance and present themselves at a designated place at the agreed time at least half an hour before the published embarkation time. Delcomar staff will provide the necessary information on the vessel's equipment (lift or servo ladder, bathroom dedicated to PRM), and on boarding and disembarking operations, including how to recognise the car carrying PRM. The ferries of the Delcomar fleet have services capable of meeting the requirements for PMR (People with Reduced Mobility). Below you will find the list of ferries and services offered.
