BOARDING AND DISEMBARKATION
The Passenger, with or without a vehicle, must show up at the offices of the ports of embarkation within the deadline indicated in the publications (tickets, times, fares and other notices) in course of validity: after this period the Passenger loses all right to Boarding.
Whatever the order of presentation, on the basis of the priority requirements for adequate and safe accommodation of the vehicles inside the garage, Delcomar, the Commander and the Load Officers have the right to establish the order of boarding of the vehicles to their unquestionable judgment.
Boarding and disembarking operations must be carried out by the driver/passenger personally. Vehicles must be driven from the entrance of the ship's tailgate to the garage in the event of boarding, and from the garage to the entrance of the ship's tailgate onward in the event of a disembarkation, under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the driver/passenger who will have to comply with all safety rules for movement on the relevant docks. Inside the ship, the passenger/driver will have to place the vehicle according to the instructions given by the cabin crew.
Any non-driver passengers shall board on foot through the appropriate entrances.
The vehicles on board must be left locked and insured by the Driver Passenger with the first gear grafted and with the parking brake activated.
The passenger driver is liable to the Company and to third parties for any damage caused by the vehicle, both during the boarding and disembarking operations, and during navigation.
Passengers will need to pick up their vehicles when the ships arrives.
If, upon arrival in the port of destiny, the conditions of the sea or other causes independent of the will of Delcomar do not allow the landing of the vehicles, they will be disembarked, as soon as possible, at the next landing or in the port of origin. Passengers will not be compensated in this case.
PERMANENCE ON BOARD
From the moment of boarding and until landing, the passenger is required to follow the instructions of the cabin crew and to take a view and conform to what is indicated by the signage on display on the premises inside the ship. The Company does not respond to any damages to the passenger for non-compliance with these notices or provisions.

In addition to complying with the prohibitions and regulations, the passenger is obliged to behave in such a way that it does not cause harm or annoyance to other travellers or cabin crew, or even undermines the safety of navigation.
The Passenger is liable for any damage caused by him/her or by a person or animal under his custody to the ship, its furniture, its appliances and accessories, its equipment, other passengers, the employees of Delcomar or its auxiliaries, third parties, as well as all penalties, fines, fines and/or expenses to which Delcomar is subject to any authority due to his/her behaviour.
